I love all the specific details of this! The trash, the upside-down cat (who must have an hillarious expression on his face, even if it can't be seen), the hints of detail in the driver and around the bumper of the car -- it's just so fun. And yet somehow, I believe that it could happen!

What an awesome drawing!
While a still image at the first impression, it becomes a scene from some unseen great movie in the head at the second impression.
